This programme is exclusive to Love Your Life Therapy and has been designed to help you get rid of habits, feelings and behaviour that no longer fit into your life.
You can leave behind everything that no longer serves you and walk forward with a new set of thoughts and feelings to help you live your best life.
Cross the Line involves one 25 minute exercise, followed by a three week programme all undertaken in the comfort of your own home. You will need to spend a few minutes each morning and evening for three weeks crossing the line and stepping into your new life.

In order to get the full benefit from the guided meditations please make sure you listen to the tracks in order.
The introduction, track 1, lasts 10 minutes and will prepare you for the 25 minute exercise in track 2. Each track should be listened to in one sitting, please pause if you do not have time to listen to the whole of the next track.
Once you have completed the exercise you will begin a tree week programme, this will consist of Crossing the Line each morning and completing a gratitude diary in the evening. Track 3 lasts 5 minutes and will give you full details.
All tracks have been recorded to relax you, please do not listen to any of them while driving or operating machinery.
